I found this interesting type of market the other day while I've been in central London. There are a few places where one can find "paleo"-styled and other similar modern day notions about healthy foods, but I haven't seen yet one so specialised. Some of the more interesting things were the grasshoppers, crickets and mealworms, there were also some meals made of them, but the prices were on par with the most expensive meats. Also I've seen things like spelt croissants and lasagnas. However the place was lacking on the vegetable and fruits front, also there were not much variety of the more "primitive" grains and legumes.
